Frequently asked questions

How do I follow my order’s delivery?

After you place your order, we’ll send a confirmation email followed by your personal tracking link.

You can check for updates at any time using your email address and order number at livingvora.com.

Please note that it can take 2 to 6 days for the first tracking scan to appear while the carrier prepares your parcel. Not to worry, your order is still on its way.

When will my wellness products arrive?

Every order is dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days
Deliveries to remote areas or during busy periods may take a little longer.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, just get in touch at support@livingvora.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Is shipping free with Living Vora?

Yes! Standard shipping is always free across the UK. If faster options are available, you’ll see them during checkout.

Do you offer wellness bundles or savings?

Of course. We love rewarding people who make wellness a habit:

Save more when you buy multi-packs of selected wellness products
Special bundle prices on our customer favourites
Seasonal deals and exclusive offers for newsletter subscribers
Tiered discounts on larger orders (email us at support@livingvora.com for details)

Only one discount can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

My tracking isn’t updating, what should I do?

Yes, this can happen from time to time. Here's what to do:

Give it a few days after you receive your tracking link for the first scan to show.
If there's still no update after 6 business days, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number.
If your parcel appears to be delayed, we'll follow up with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policy.

How can I contact the Living Vora support team?
